Monday to Friday (7.30am - 3.36pm or 9.00am - 5.36pm)
Saturday work required (8am- 12pm, every 3rd Sat)
Seeking an experienced service advisor to work with one of the most recognized trucking brands and manufacturers in the world.
To be successful in the role, you must have experience within the truck and transport industry and ideally will have a strong understanding within the European truck market.
Your main responsibility will be, to be the main contact point between the customers and the dealership regarding all service and parts enquiries. You will be required to liaise with customers both face to face as well as over the phone to assist with all enquiries. Customer satisfaction will be the most important aspect of this role as repeat business from the clientele is extremely vital.
