Opportunities exist for an experienced Civil Superintendent who will form part of and contribute to the Civil Operations Department of an Emerald contracting company.
An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.
Pre-Requisites for this position include:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Good communicator and be able to liaise with Project Managers and Supervisor
- Must be able to read construction drawings
- Must be able to schedule
- Must be able to monitor and meet targets
- Experience in cost control
- Strong supervisory experience
Applicants will need a current S11/ Coal Generic Induction, current Coal Board Medical, Driver's Licence, Negative Drug & Alcohol Test within 5 days of induc
