Working within one of their largest divisions, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a variety of business improvement programs across their logistics network with a focus on revenue generation, cost efficiency, network optimisation and current and emerging customer requirements. You will lead a team of Business Analyst's ensuring the project is delivered on time and budget and meets the business requirements of driving change. This is a change management / transformation role that will engage and touch multiple functional disciplines including IT, supply chain and external customers.

Tertiary qualified you will have a strong track record in managing large complex projects, ideally involving the installation of equipment into a manufacturing or warehouse environment. You will have indepth knowledge of supply chain , operations or engineering as well as having front end commercial experience. You will ideally have industry experience gained within either manufacturing, retail, logistics, services or consulting. Exceptional influencing and problem solving skills along with a strong stakeholder management focus is essential.
