Our client is a market leader in the provision of services to the energy, resources, water, environment, transportation and construction industry. Currently, their Brisbane office is looking for a Senior Environmental Planner to join their busy team. As a senior member, this position will involve utilising your leadership and mentoring abilities to expand business across the region.
Primary duties of the role include:
- Manage and coordinate EIAs and advise Clients on outcomes
- Mentoring the less experienced members of the team
- Providing guidance on Federal and State laws in regards to planning
To be successful in your application, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Town or Environmental Planning
- Substantial experience in similar roles, particularly project management
- Exceptional communication and report writing skills
- Strong technical and legislalive knowledge
- Leadership ability
Extensive travel will most likely be a large component of the position, so it offers a great opportunity to leave your mark on projects all over Queensland as part of an exceptional team
