Our client Our client is currently delivering tangible benefits to sales, marketing and call centre teams through its web-based solutions. They have operations in the Asia Pacific and North America with customers around the world. And they are often asked to execute telephone based inside sales campaigns on behalf of its clientele. The clients include well known businesses from Information Technology and Telecommunication sectors. Typical campaigns include tele-marketing, telesales, order taking, customer enquiry management, lead generation and conference follow-up. This position This Telesales Manager will manage and coach direct reports to ensure that company expectations are met efficiently and effectively. Therefore the right person for this role will be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate, inspire and develop people professionally through a track record of achievements. The role will involve keeping track of statistics, order accuracy and quality control procedures. As well as in-house campaigns, a range of campaigns will also be run for external stakeholders. As well as this, the person will need to be able to build new business through maintaining a strong pipeline, organising campaigns and completing them accordingly. Requirements Employment experience in Sales Management positions Industry experience in telecommunications, IT, software and BFSI (desirable) Management roles with direct reports Demonstrated project management experience Must have had extensive prior experience in managing a structured B2B contact centre Very strong oral and written communication skills Must be sales savvy Experience in B2B sales and telesales Experience in Account Management to ensure contract renewals Must be willing to get hands dirty and make calls if required If your experience matches the above requirements, then please do not hesitate to apply below.
