Due to a very exciting expansion across QLD we're seeking a sales focused, hands on manager who loves to lead from the front and drive results from the sales floor.

To be successful within your application and your leadership style and experience includes the following:

• Provide direction and leadership and ensure the fun culture within the store teams is maintained.
• Drive your teams and stores to achieve and exceed sales budget and KPI's.
• Training, developing and growing your teams.
• Monitor and maintain company standards including developing and implementing strategies to maintain an outstanding level of customer service, VM standards and stock management.
• Assist in the recruitment and succession planning of you team members offering clear pathways within their career aspirations.
• Excellent communication and personal presentation skills.
• A natural retail flair with exceptional business skills, enthusiasm, energy, with passion and a drive to succeed.
