Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced manager with the drive, integrity and commercial focus required to lead our business in the Newcastle and Hunter region. Key to success in this role will be your ability to market LPG and support business growth through our domestic and retail customers. Responsibilities will include: - Financial Management – managing costs, overheads and sales
- Profit Performance – maintaining existing customer margins; ensuring sales growth and revenue targets are met
- People Management – managing customer service staff and transport contractors; ensuring compliance to company policy
- Consumer Marketing – building on business relationships with agents and key customers
A confident leader, you will have proven your ability to effectively manage a small to medium sized business and get the most from your staff. You will have solid all round commercial business management skills including budget preparation, monthly performance reporting, transport management and customer service. Performance driven, you will be proactive in pursuing opportunities for competitive advantage.
