As the assistant store manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing staff, driving sales and monitoring performance
- Maximising store's profitability and reducing shrinkage
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage the store's administrative and financial functions
- Creative flair to maximise merchandising standards
 
The successful candidate will posses the following:
- Experience working to key performance indicators
- Passion for fashion with fashion volume management experience
- Managing P & L statements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven sales experience to lead and coach the team
