• Assistant management experience in a RETAIL environment
• Have worked in a high volume high turnover store
• Strong staff management skills
• Eye for detail and merchandising skills
• Can lead ,develop and mentor a team
• Strong sales focus and excellent customer service background
• Experience with rostering and wage costs
• Hands on and lead from the front
• Fantastic personality and drive
• Love retail and a passion for customers
• Be a real team player
