To be considered for this role delightful role you will need to demonstrate:

• A second to none customer service approach, dedication and a willingness to always go the extra mile for your customers.
• A previous history of leading teams, training and developing their skills
• Experience working within a supermarket environment and an understanding of the running of the store.
• A strong focus on OH&S requirements and the ability to ensure policies & procedures are adhered to.
• The ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team through a lead by example approach.
• A desire to provide a fresh, fun and dynamic approach.
• Availability to cover a 7 day roster
