Property Administration Assistant

This successfull leading property group is seeking a "Talented Administrator" to join one of their sites in the Sydney CBD.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be accountable for the following duties :-

  • Filing, faxing, scanning all relevant documents
  • Assist with preparation of accounts receivable, daily banking and accounts payable
  • Maintain tenant insurance certificate of currency & bank guarantee registers
  • Assist Centre Manager with client, sales and property reports
  • Manage administration procedures and processes
  • Liaise with head office when required

To be guaranteed an interview you must possess:-

  • Previous administration experience (Property industry experience will be an advantage)
  • Intermediate MS Word & MS Excel skills
  • Previous experience using Property databases will be an advantage
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationship with clients / internal staff
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum 50wpm typing speed
