This role will suit an autonomous sales oriented, entrepreneurial Operations Manager with technical trade qualification’s and expertise gained in mining vehicles including; grazers, dozers, and excavators.

With a successful track record in major accounts management in mining or mining related industries you will be adept at delivering and managing projects for some of the largest and most successful mining and construction companies. Understanding the complexities of contracts and the financial and commercial obligations therein, you will strive to exceed the expectations of delivery and delight the customer at every opportunity.

Significant Operations Manager experience gained within Mining, you will deliver strong leadership to the team and contribute positively to the current and future strategic direction of the business, you will have a high level of motivation and career direction coupled with proven financial management and cost management skills.

A Senior Management or Operational Management background is essential, preferably within a technical and trade background as a mechanic, fitter & turner or similar, gained in a fast moving, fast paced environment. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Business will be highly regarded.
