Experience in either underground or open pit coal mining operations. The successful applicant will have experience of planning mines, design, scheduling and estimating coal reserves. Feasibility studies and projections are highly desirable
Strong communication skills are important for this role as employees will be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior managers to operational staff.
This role will suit a candidate who is interested in a long term permanent opportunity and career stability.
Educational qualifications are important a degree and ideally MAusIMM is preferred. Some exposure to mine modelling software is desirable.
