Gold Near Mine Exploration

This is a major iconic project and is said to be the most significant find in Australia in the last 10 years!

This is a rare and complex gold ore body that will keep you interested and entertained as you work closely with other team members. Working with six geologists and two seniors this is a friendly and supportive environment where you can excel.

These are exciting times with new results showing a further 1 million ounces taking it to well about 5 million ounces. This is a large project that is set to become a major open pit gold mine.

The role will work on a campaign style roster with you being part of 4 exploration drilling programs to drill out resources. Drilling will be 1400 meters deep and will focus on direction control.

This is an attractive position that will see you covering all aspects of near min exploration from prospect through to valuation.

We are looking for a geologist with 2-5 years experience in exploration. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications (geology degree) and will be proficient in the use of mining computer software. Good communication skills are also important for this role.


The company will reward the successful candidate with a very attractive salary package in the region of $125,000 - $150,000 dependant on experience. This company also spends large sums on employee development and training.
