The Position

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role are:
• Manage and maintain production performance against key manufacturing performance indicators.
• Drive business performance improvements through identification and implementation of improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all key stakeholders are up to date on the performance of the business and abreast of relevant issues.
• Management of all OH&S, Security and Environmental issues relevant to production.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous success managing a high volume production environment.
• Strong people management experience.
• High level experience of demand planning and manufacturing resource planning.
• A relevant tertiary qualification.
• Successful implementation of Lean manufacturing principles.
