Our Networking & Infrastructure Client require the skills of a Network Support Officer to assist with the smooth functioning of their warehouse including stacking, configuring/staging & dispatching of goods/supplies to & from their warehouse!
An opportunity that could see you move into project management within the next 2 years!!
Main Duties will Include:
- Working with the Project Manager staging & dispatching networking hardware
- Liaising with Vendors, Management & Suppliers
- Following OH&S procedures
- Maintaining SLA's
- Troubleshooting & problem solving issues as they arise
- Monitoring stock levels of devices
The ideal candidate should have experience, skills and attributes including but not limited to:
- Min. 2 -5 years in Network/Infrastructure/IT Technical Support
- Have proven customer focus & understanding of Service Level Agreements
- Network Routers and Switches experience and knowledge
- Excellent Communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously & be a key team player
