Our client is a successful IT integration business and requires a Resource Manager to Co Ordinate the allocation of technical skills into its projects. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the following tasks: - Resource Bookings in Schedule
- Manage Whitespace with Solution Architect's
- Manage Skills Matrix
- Manage Training Plans and Book Training Courses
- Manage Contractor Contracts
- Manage Resource Shortage
- Work with Recruitment Companies to Shortlist Resources
- Conduct Contractor First Interviews
- Customer Follow-up on completion of Work (in conjunction with Sales staff)
- Report Monthly on Resource Utilisation
- Report Monthly on Forecast Billings
- Report Weekly on Whitespace
