Our high profile, large site client requires an experienced Manager to become their enterprise wide Information Management Manager. This is a newly created role that has been designed as the result of an enterprise wide Electronic Document Management System that has been built and is ready to be implemented across the business to over 4,000 users.

The purpose of the role is to lead the organisation in the management of electronic documents and information. With two direct reports, you will be responsible for a team of 5 to enable the business to receive business benefits from this new system. You will lead change and innovation by championing the implementation into BAU and carrying it into the future. You will be accountable for the uptake of this vastly improved method of storing and retreiving documents and records.

Duties of the role will include:

• Implementation of the system across the enterprise
• Lead the change component
• Provide the thought leadership
• Support business users through training
• Develop, implement and review policies and standards
• Line management of your new team

Knowledge and experience required:

• Tertiary qualifications in IT/Sciences or Business - or experience deemed equivalent
• 10+ years experience in Information Management roles including the delivery of IM services, systems and solutions to large enterprise environments of at least 1,500 users 
• 5 to 7 years managing Electronic Document/Content Management Systems
• Experience in the implementation and management of an EDMS across a large enterprise and in optimising and gauging business value there after
• Experience managing, leading and developing Information Management teams
• Experience building and sustaining change momentum and improving the uptake/usage of IM services in a large organisation

The salary package for this role is up to $200K. This is the maximum salary level for the role and will be paid to the caniddtae who satisfies all the selection criteria expressed above.
