Are you ITIL v3 certified? Do you have a strong background in automation and process improvement? Do you have experience in service management and service delivery improvement? If yes, read on!

Based in Sydney, this newly created position presents a fantastic opportunity for an ITIL and process management guru to create and shape the processes and success of a medium sized company's IT function. Working closely across the infrastructure and programme/portfolio management facets of the company, you will be responsible for the creation, consolidation and integration of new and existing ITIL process management solutions and the design of standards moving forward.

To secure this role, you must be able to start immediately and have experience with ITIL v3.

In addition to this, you must have demonstrable experience in:

• The implementation and creation of plans for deployment of tools and frameworks;
• The improvement of efficiency of Service Delivery/Infrastructure processes;
• Cost-effective process solutions; and
• Service delivery and infrastructure requirements gathering.

In addition to this, experience in vendor management would be highly regarded.
