Head of AsiaPac IT Support Services - Our client currently has an opening in one of their senior, global IT services/business support positions.
  
Head of AsiaPac IT Support Services - Required is a strong leader and manager with a visionary and customer focused approach to deskside service delivery.
  
Head of AsiaPac IT Support Services - You will be responsible for leading and managing the IT service division in AsiaPac, managing several direct reports and up to 60 indirect support staff, managing and delivering major projects across the region, managing regional support budgets, regional support strategy and planning and working with the Global Technology Group as a partner and a peer.
  
Head of AsiaPac Desktop Support - You will have the following experience:
  • Divisional P&L Ownership
  • IT Services Project Delivery
  • Management of Cross Functional Support Groups
  • Management of Regional Support Groups Across AsiaPac
  • AsiaPac IT Services/Desktop Support Divisional Leadership
  • Executive and C Level Communication and Relationship Management 
  • Management of a Regional, Highly Complex, Multi-functional IT Shared Services or Outsourcing Model
Head of AsiaPac IT Support Services - This is an executive level IT

Services/Supply/Support position.
Please only apply if you have the appropriate level of experience. We are looking for someone that has managed a large internal customer base (15,000 - 20,000 users minimum) and has approximately 15 years IT Services/desktop operations experience.
