Our client, one of the largest multinational telecommunication organization located in Melbourne are looking for a Network Security Engineer.

The candidate will need to cover off the following:

• 6 month renewable contract
• CBD Location
• $600 - $700 per day
• Start ASAP!

Reporting to group manager and working with one of the most dynamic Telecommunication organisation in the country, this position is a Network Security Engineer role where you will have to have:

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years experience in Network and Security integration and implementation
• Knowledge in Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) industry
• Experience in Firewall implementation (low level implementation) eg Checkpoint; Cisco; Juniper.
• Experience in Proxy and Load Balancer implementation (low level implementation) eg F5
• Knowledge in UNIX/Linux/Windows server operating system
• Experience in writing technical procedure/documentation
• CCNP/CCSP, CISSP highly desirable

The candidate will need to have the following interpersonal skills:

• Able to work on many projects at once
• Good communication skills
• Self motivated
