Security designer's needed ASAP! Our client is a leading specialist IT services consulting firm are looking for experienced Security designers to work on a leading Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) project within a well recognised Financial Services origination. Key Accountabilities:- - Extensive experience in design and development (build)
- Strong knowledge of industry security standards
- Understanding of business process modelling, including standards
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Be able to provide ideas pro-actively to the team in order to maximise team results
- Work independently and allocate hours as necessary
- Understand technical and functional design requirements
- Strong ability to manage business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Essential Requirements:- - Extensive experience in design and development (build)
- 3+ years experience in Security designing
- Experience of rule set definition - looking at logs
- Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Nice to have Splunk exposure to help with Customer Integration - configuration rule and analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Tertiary Qualifications.
- Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills with an ability to collaboratively develop workable, well-argued solutions.
- Open, friendly, collaborative and professional approach to work.
