- Passionate about becoming the leading expert in my client's Human Resource solutions so that you are always in a position to showcase the solutions available to prospects and clients.
- Be actively involved in the sales cycle including taking responsibility for the preparation of written responses to EOI, RFI and RFT's.
- Take full responsibility in providing technical and functional Presales support to prospective and existing customers.
- You will combine your technical and Human Resource/ People Development knowledge with your experience in contributing to the development of sales strategies.
- Orchestrating and delivering Pilots and P.O.C's (proof of concept)
- Actively networking and engaging clients and prospects Supporting the handover process into Professional Services.
- The candidate will need to be an active team player, prepared to take leadership and charge for their responsibilities while maintaining open and frequent communication with the Sales Executives, Sales Leadership and Professional Services.
The Successful Applicant: - At least 5 years experience as a solutions consultant (or presales consultant) in a complex, business process orientated sales environment.
- Preference is given to candidates with experience selling HR solutions such as enterprise Learning and Collaboration, Performance Management, Talent/succession management or Workforce planning.
- Proven experience of the tendering process, RFP's / RFI's Demonstrable proven experience of qualifying opportunities and committing to engagement through active participation in go/no go decisions with the sales team.
- Keen ability to engage proactively and independently with a prospect while coordinating with Sales Executive as part of a planned sales engagement
- Proven experience of delivering customer demonstrations, PoC's and Technical Solution overviews.
- Excellent presentation skills - able to deliver presentations via virtual meeting tools, and adapt accordingly. First class communication and people skills - Good written skills for clear, precise RFx's and Sales Proposal documents and excellent telephone skills for conducting discovery
calls and customer pre/post meeting preparation and follow up. - High Energy, a strong work ethic, dynamism for the task. Collaboration with others and a team orientated working style.
- College Degree education and Fluency in English is desired.
