Our client, based in Melbourne CBD is a leading organization within field mobility solutions and spatial data software is looking for a Technical Coordinator - Spatial/GIS Software Service Delivery. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role will be the point of contact for the organizations major client and will be responsible for both the operational and technical level. - Permanent role!

Responsibilities - Proactively manage to completion and report the support team's adherence to all aspects of support service delivery as outlined in the client Masters Services Agreement
- Responsible for identifying improvements and managing delivery of improvement regimes with the core solution offering.
- Proactively manage customer communications for all logged queries acting as a point of escalation for both the internal support team & client.
- Assist staff to deliver customer service in-line with customer support service levels
- Responsible for testing new code releases and approving changes based on business requirements outline
- Document new requirements for developers in order to provide work estimates for costing purposes
- Develop a quality program including audit reviews & reports for all logged support calls
- Ensure support requirements are documented and followed for new deployments
- Provide Support status and metrics, including; reporting, support priority, response, work-around & fix times.
Key skills - An understanding of information technology applications development
- A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience creating formal project related documentation
- Exposure to Software testing as a Test Lead or part of a Test Team
- Experience in complex information technology solutions incorporating a variety of environments and technologies.
