There is a great opportunities for you to be involved in the mining domain where you will work with a leading & global supplier of mining equipment & technical solutions. You will be part of a Level 3 support team based in Brisbane, USA & India that is responsible for resolving complex software support issues with external & internal partners of a solution suite that will transform mining operations through the use of autonomous mining, semi autonomous and remote controlled mining equipment.

To be successful in obtaining this role you will possess the following:

• Advanced troubleshooting skills of enterprise grade applications
• Ability to trace workflows through software applications & database
• Experience with Java (J2EE) or similar OO language, RDBM's, 
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or engineering or relevant industry certifications

Experience with networking, virtualisation, product life cycle requirements or mining industry is highly desirable.

You will be required to be on-call 1 week in 5.

A career path is available to move into testing, development, operations or deployment.
