As Sales Manager/Director, this is a significant career building opportunity. Successful within 50 companies on six continents within the Telecoms, financial services, utilities, healthcare and media sectors.

Reporting to the Managing Director APAC, this is a role in which you will take a proactive involvement in the development of both major customer business and channel partner acquisition.

Ideally you will have experience gained in a consultative software sales environment, selling to enterprise level organizations, excellent communication and presentation skills; excellent sales and closing skills; and a strong understanding of both the technical solutions and business drivers.

The Sales Manager roles reports to the Managing Director APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect for new direct and indirect sales opportunities. Prioritize accounts and build rapport with clients to understand needs and develop solutions

  • Qualify leads and develop account and channel partner strategy using client's and partner's plan, budget, timelines and needs

  • Prioritize accounts and channel partners and build rapport with clients to understand needs and develop solutions

  • Manage internal and external resources to identify solutions and educate clients on value proposition of this organisations software

  • Generate revenue and profit margin in assigned accounts and territories

  • Submit and present clients with collaborative proposals, solutions, justifications and expected results in order to overcome objections and win the business

  • Engage clients and partners to understand and provide validation of the business impact of these software solutions

  • Oversee the implementation of the proposed solution and serve as account manager for client

  • Insure high satisfaction with the client and further suggest and develop solutions for clients to develop incremental revenue streams

  • Maintain relationships with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining high level of service

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services and Product Development team to identify and cultivate solutions for clients

  • Track and measure sales activities
