Specifically your duties will include:
* Maintain exceptional customer service, and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations
* First point of contact for all customer enquiries
* Monitor, manage and provide quality feedback on customer activity Proactively follow up on outstanding order requirements
* Proactively manage Order Management to ensure prompt delivery
* Monitor and manage customer enquiries in line with the set SLAs
* Attend internal and external training
* The day:to:day achievement of both individual and team activity targets
* Seek continuous process improvements, ensuring highest quality delivery of services
* Meet all reporting deadlines.


To succeed in this role you will have prior experience in a corporate customer service role, ideally with a broad understanding of IT. Your strong organizational skills, coupled with proven ability to provide exceptional customer service will make you a strong candidate.
