An opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator with Property Management/Commercial Lease negotiation experience to join this leading technology company for an initial 6 month contract. In this role some of your responsibilities will include: - Negotiating and securing tenure at existing operational sites and resolving property issues with landowners which prevent the business from obtaining executed lease documents.
- Negotiating and finalising master agreements with major landowners.
- Managing and negotiating market reviews.
- Exercising options for further lease/licence tenure.
- Managing the renegotiation of expiring leases
- Managing disputed rent claims, claims of unpaid or underpaid rent requests for payment for outgoings etc
- Negotiating termination of leases for non-required sites; and
- Providing escalation assistance to Project Managers and Lease Administration in analysing and interpreting lease clauses and conditions and providing information and direction on master agreements.
In order to be successful in this role, it is important that you have a minimum 5 years experience in a corporate Property Management role, or Commercial Lease negotiation, together with: - Strong n egotiation skills
- An understanding of complex lease document terms and conditions
- Strong Project Management/Coordination skills
- Contract and contractors management experience
- Tertiary qualifications and/or specialist knowledge in a property related field.
