You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing high-quality technical support with team members and managers. The other responsibilities likely include: - Answering all incoming service desk and password reset calls promptly and efficiently
- Logging all reported IT related incidents
- Resolving IT faults and issues with a high focus on first call resolution
- Assigning IT faults to support groups
- Monitoring service desk requests/faults logged online
- Participating in team meetings to focus on continual improvement
- Communicating with support staff
To be successful in this role, you will have: - A solid customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills
- A diligent attitude with capturing user issues and with timely follow up and good documentation skills
- Strong skills in desktop support with solid experience in:
- Windows XP Operating System - Microsoft Office - Microsoft Outlook - Internet Explorer - Experience in software application, hardware and networking troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn and be open to new challenges within a new environment
