Norwest Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service/ IT Officer to register for a wonderful opportunity to join this global business. Reporting to the IT Manager this role will be responsible for screening internal staff calls to identify IT issues and log this information into the system to ensure efficient response to solving problems. This role would suit someone that has just completed studies in IT that is seeking a career and entry level role to learn new IT skills.

This role will involve the following responsibilities;

• Answering medium volume calls.
• Responding to emails.
• Providing basic IT support.
• Logging IT issues into the E-Ticketing system.
• Referring serious IT issues onto technicians.
• Providing general administration support as required.

The successful applicant will posses the following;

• Similar experience within a Customer Service Help desk role.
• Relevant education within the IT field Diploma or Degree qualifications.
• Intermediate PC skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available for a permanent full time role.
