As an integral member of the team you will be required to provide ongoing support for system users across the business, technology and infrastructure support
As the first point of contact you will take ownership of customer queries and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. This resolution may either be face-to-face or remotely as per the request.
To be successful in the role you will ideally possess:
- A strong customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- A strong understanding of the SQL
- An excellent working knowledge of the MS-Office suite of products
- A customer service background within insurance or financial services is essential as well as a 'can do' attitude
