An exceptionally rare opportunity exists for a Senior Network Specialist to join our Network Engineering team in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Network Operations Centre Manager, you will be integral to the technical support of both internal and customer network infrastructures. Drawing upon your superior analytical and problem-solving skills to review and action network change and problem requests, you will technically lead major projects by recommending improvements and implementing endorsed changes to complex and large networks.
Your broad technical proficiency in networking, underpinned by your solid understanding of ITIL, IDS, IPS and Firewall Management will see you successfully govern and positively contribute to our network service. Exercising your sound project management and communication skills, you will successfully elicit feedback and requirements from internal SMEs and customers to perform complex network configurations, innovate and pioneer unique network designs and offer strategic advice on network infrastructures. As senior Network Specialist, you will proactively identify solutions and improvement opportunities and technically lead your peers in managing these changes.
CCNP, CCSP and CCIE certified (or working towards), you have advanced skills and experience in managing Cisco Switches, Routers and security devices.
