Reporting directly to the National IT Manager, as the Business Systems Manager you will be responsible for the effective selection, operations, management & modification of all corporate applications across the entire organisation.

Working closely with the business units, you will gain an indepth understanding of their needs & business drivers to translate this information into effective system selection, implementation & on-going improvements to ensure efficient operations.
Managing a small team reporting directly to yourself & working collaboratively with the rest of the technology team, your strong technical knowledge on the following areas combined with your excellent stakeholder relationship building and management skills will set you up for success.
- .Net
- SQL Server
- Business Intelligence (Analysis Services Cube Development)
- SSRS Report Development
- Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP applications
- Microsoft CRM or similar CRM applications
- Sharepoint (from an integration perspective)
Mandatory Experience as follows:
- 5+ years experience in .Net
- 5+ years experience in MS SQL development
- 5+ years experience with account systems
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills both in working across the technology team and business stakeholders to remove road blocks, design solutions and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
