Our client, a large insurance organisation located in Melbourne CBD is looking for experienced Business Analysts - Contact/Call Centre within the contact/call centre environment - 6 months renewable contracts!

Reporting directly to the project manger and working with one of the most dynamic IT and T environment in the country, this position is a Business Analyst working in a programme of works focussing on replacing the entire contact/call centre systems and hardware (Avaya to Cisco). - Determine and analyse business requirements and ensure translation into service specifications and solutions definition.
- Ensure completion and manage quality of all requirements design documents and solutions architecture documents
- Initiate and manage requirements traceability Matrix for each capability release.
Key experience (Position A) - Minimum 4 to 5 years business analyst experience particularly in requirements management processes ownership, including communications.
- Experienced in call flow (1300 numbers, IVR) analytics and identifications.
- Strong Visio documentation experience
- Experienced in documentation updates for the upgrade/implementation strategy, including communications.
- Developing and tracking requirements implementations, including explicit traceability
- Managing internal solution stakeholders.
Key experience (Position B) - Minimum 4 to 5 years business analyst experience particularly in requirements management processes ownership, including communications
- Experienced in call/contact centre relocations
- Experienced in Contact/call centre hardware, equipments and software.
- Managing and communications with facilities management.
- Managing internal solution stakeholders.
