Our client, a leading NSW Government department based in the CBD requires a Business Analyst/Consultant for an immediate start. The role will involve acting as an SME for the organisation in customer facing forms and internal project communications forms and templates.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will involve:

• Writing the content of online and hard copy forms
• Design development and production of internal forms
• Analysing requirements and producing forms (both internal and external) that meet the business and customers' needs

To be considered for this role you need to have:

• Background in Project Communications within a technical or IT environment (B+F, Telco etc)
• Experience in Business to Customer forms on a major change project (highly regarded)

Highly Desirable:

• Background in publishing or strategic project communications
• Technical Background (Programmer/Developer etc)
