ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be part of one of Brisbane's large Government organisations and be responsible for the technical support of major business system solutions.
In this role your specific responsibilities will include:
• Ability to manage, develop, enhance and maintain the applications, database, data warehouse and reporting services required.
• Ability to provide technical expertise, guidance, assistance and advice to system development teams.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of plans and strategies as well as standards for programming tools and techniques that meet requirements.
• Ability to monitor recent industry developments and trends.
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
• Extensive experience in .Net Development (preferably C#, ASP .Net and Enterprise Library)
• Ideally proven experience in MS-SQL and T-SQL
• Ideally experience in XML, AJAX, Jscript and related technologies
