"Respect For Mums" is a part of the business that will be run by Katie, the Founder of Respect who has herself had a baby last year. Thus she really knows (only too well!) how you become torn between your old life that you're not ready to completely leave behind and your new wonderful life of being a mum. The position will be initially working alongside Katie in helping her manage her busy desk and help resource candidates manage roles with clients and other admin work that goes along with the role.There is opportunity to move into a full time recruitment role at any point with flexi time and there's even the opportunity to take over another Respect For Mum's desk who is soon to be going on Maternity leave. In recruitment especially it is hard to be available all the time - even if you do have child care. Therefore Katie has recognised the opportunity for smart mums to go back into the industry they love by sharing their role with a like-minded and equally dynamic mummy. She is looking for: - Experienced recruiters/resourcers with more than 1 years experience
- Team players who are happy job sharing
- Honest, smart, ethical and loyal people.
- Preferably 360 degree recruiters
- Available 3 days per week
- Self motivated people with good attention to the detail.
