Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead, mentor & coach existing store managers to achieve set KPI's. This is a genuine senior leadership role with full P&L accountability, strategic business plan writing and complete control over a large portfolio of stores. There is also a unique opportunity to open a number of new stores around Australia.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be commercially astute, highly experienced in multi-site management but also charismatic and encouraging. With extensive food & beverage retailing skills, you will excel in an environment by leading your team through an exciting period of change. You will currently be working in a dynamic and multi-site environment managing a significant turnover and store portfolio.
