Drake are currently recruiting experienced wait and bar staff for various ongoing assignments. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work flexible hours suited to their schedules as well as be apart of a range of functions and events.

Applicants should ideally possess:

  • Previous experience within a wait/stewarding or bar role
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to adapt to a range of environments
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage etiquette
  • RSA Certificate is desirable, however not a prerequisite for the position
