Are you an experienced Case Manager who is currently seeking your next short term appointment? Our client is a Child and Family Services provider requiring an experienced Case Manager to join their Community Detention Program in the North Eastern Suburbs.
This role will be responsible for the provision of high quality case management to young people, individuals and/or families in the program. You will provide clients with comprehensive assessment, care planning, settlement planning and assist with their integration in to the community. To be considered for this position you will possess:

At least 2 years Case Management experience in employment services; child and family; drug and alcohol/ welfare or mental health

An Allied Health, Welfare or relevant degree

Demonstrated ability to provide high quality, client centred case management services for individual living in the community

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
-
Excellent time management and prioritising
-
Knowledge of current privacy and confidentiality legislation

Have a current drivers licence and willing to travel between locations
