ROLE SNAPSHOT:
Assist and support the Manager Human Resources & Workforce Development with the development, coordination and delivery of significant learning and development projects and programs;
Consult with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to identify and meet staff development needs of Company and individual employees;
Collate training and development needs identified through the Performance & Development Review process;
Conduct research and analysis of issues and identify options to develop best practice, meet organisational needs and resolve problems;
Design and deliver a range of professional learning and development events, workshops and activities to support Company strategic direction and identified needs;
Coordinate a range of internal and external training projects and activities, including developing and managing briefs, plans and deliverables;
Prepare appropriate delivery and assessment schedules;
Provide specialist advice and support to managers and employees about learning and development strategies, solutions and opportunities;
Assist with the development of individual learning plans and coordinate the enrolment of employees into training programs;
Analyse, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning and development programs and activities and identify future issues and trends in the learning and development area;
Monitor the training budget;
Collect and maintain current and relevant records;
Undertake administration and reporting in relation to learning and development initiatives.

PREREQUISITES:
Certicate IV in Training & Assessment;
Experience in learning and development activities and initiatives;
Experience in applying the Australian Quality Training Framework.
