Your role will include:
Working independently and as part of a team to apply technical knowledge and strategic thinking to achieve building portfolio objectives.
Building lifecycle analysis/assessment and survey methodology
Client and stakeholder liaison
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
Previous Experience within the Building Industry
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office and MS Project
You will have the opportunity to be involved in some of the largest capital works projects from a strategic point of view, and have room to develop personally and professionally. The successful applicant will have sound working knowledge of Built Environment and a keen interest in Statistical Analysis.
