My client is a well respected building contractor who has built a strong reputation in the industry and is known for producing quality construction, fitout and refurbishment projects across commercial, retail, health, hospitality and government sectors. They have become the builder of choice for many clients across industrial and commercial building sectors.
Their Sydney office is urgently seeking a Site Manager with expertise in the Commercial sector between $1-10mil.
Working closely with the Project Manager you will be responsible for site management duties across key construction projects.
Within this role you will take responsibility for :-
- Effectively managing all site activities.
- Managing and coordinating trades.
- Managing OH&S.
- Preparing short-term construction programs.
- Delivering projects on time and budget.
To be eligible to apply for this role you will have:-
- Carpentry Trade Qualifications.
- Demonstrated Site Management experience on Commercial projects up to $5M.
- High level Leadership and management skills and effective team management skills.
- Comprehensive OHS knowledge.
- Solid Programming and computer skills.
