Requirements :
- A minimum of 5 years residential multi-storey experience.
- A history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Previous experience managing projects upto $50M.
- Being self-reliant and able to work independently.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Being team orientated.
