Must haves:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or its equivalent;
Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience, preferably in a Principal Contractor environment;
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite;
Ability to formulate/ prepare contractual claims and variations;
Detailed knowledge of head and subcontract agreement pertaining to specific projects; and
Ability to develop and implement a budget and forecasts.
Successful candidates will be proven performers capable of delivering $100m projects with turnovers in the range of $5-$10m per month. Accountabilities will include measuring the projects performance against the following objectives commercials/ financials, people, planning, health, safety & environment, quality, construction, and client and stakeholder relationships.
