As a focused and skilled Construction Manager with prior experience working with medium to large commercial projects and leading teams; you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities of the projects to ensure their successful completion on time and under budget. This role will require you to provide leadership, maintain and develop strong working relationships with appropriate clients, complete vital paperwork, and identify and develop new growth opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- An Electrical Trade Background
- Electrical Project Management Experience within a Commercial Setting with Projects Ranging Between $1 Million and $15 Million
- Experience leading teams in Electrical Construction and Commercial Sectors
- Excellent Relationship Building skills
- Strong Communication and Organisation Skills
- Managerial and Leadership Capabilities
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Strong Business Acumen and Budgeting Skills
- Advanced Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong Safety Focus
