This role represents an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, dynamic and growing boutique Project Management consultancy that has a very straightforward philosophy. With offices in Brisbane and Sydney this privately owned company sets themselves apart from their competitors by providing clients with an extremely hands on, comprehensive and uncomplicated project delivery methodology; the result of which is that 80% of business is with repeat clients. Work has evolved from being predominantly private sector to a mixture of public/private across a range of sectors.

In this instance there is an immediate requirement in the Brisbane office for a highly autonomous and "job ready" Project Manager with extensive concept to completion project delivery experience.

Reporting to the relevant Project Director you will need to have the following capabilities:

• Client side Project Management from feasibility to handover
• Extensive experience on commercial and retail projects
• Intricate knowledge of different types of contract
• Excellent client liaison and management skills
• Design consultant appointment and management
• Relationship building and management
• Detailed programming and planning
• Very methodical with a good eye for detail
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Lateral thinking and decisive
• A straightforward and practical style
• Knowledge of the construction process
