Your New Employer: 

Our client is an established global business within the civil projects space and are renowned for their exceptional project outcomes in design and construction. Due to continual growth and numerous projects in the pipeline they are in a position to bring on board a Safety Manager to join their construction team.

Your New Role:

You will be developing and managing safety and environmental systems for civil projects as well as promoting a safe work culture for staff and contractors. In this role, you will lead a project safety committee, identifying and reporting risks and investigating incidents on construction sites. This position involves you working on a diverse range of civil construction projects including remedial works. Due to the importance of your responsibilities, exceptional performance in this role may open opportunities for your to advance within the company.

You will be rewarded with:

• circa up to $130K base negotiable

Selection Criteria:

• At least 5 years experience as a Safety Manager or similar role
• Have set up and managed safety and environmental systems on civil projects
• Degree-qualified in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
