With a diverse range of calls & queries this role is suitable for an extremely focused individual who gets a kick out of exceptional customer service & extraordinary drive to meet set targets and KPI's on a monthly basis.
Your 100% positive attitude, confidence, friendly and cheerful disposition to each and every call is top priority, whilst building relationships and strong foundations with your core clientele should be your daily drive.
- Full time Permanent position - 9 day fortnight.
- Interviews to commence 23 August 2010
- Centre Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm on a rotational roster - No weekend work!
- $49 510 Total Package including Superannuation (20% at risk component : Uncapped commission)
Your experience within a call centre environment will set you up for a great start with your new team environment. If you enjoy managing your clients in a way that keeps them satisfied and serviced with efficiency then this is the role for you. Up selling, cross selling and general sales are the key to success in this position, so proven experience in this field is mandatory.
