After Sales/Service Team Leader

Pool Cleaners- Baracuda + Polaris. Salt Water Chlorinators- Zodiac and Clearwater. Above Ground Pools, Salt Water and Chlorine. Marine Recreational Boats, Rescue and Professional, Water Purification Systems, Heat Pumps and Pool infloor cleaning systems.
Additionally we have recently acquired a Pool Chemicals business and are now involved in the manufacture and distribution of chlorine and associated pool chemical products.

This role will be responsible for ensuring our After Sales call centre team runs efficiently and to the required service levels. In this role you will be required to coach and lead call centre staff, research and provide feedback of best practice service standards in the industry, and consistently review service performance and update and maintain best practice strategies. Additionally, you will set and maintain customer service standards and supervise handling of customer complaints and escalations. The role will also analyse technical training requirements of After Sales staff and customers, research and make recommendations and implement training programs. Finally, the successful candidate will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to implement best service standards and policy across the organisation, analyse and recommend quality control measures for After Sales and Service, and ensure Service standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing and leading a successful team as well as the ability to quickly build long lasting business relationships. Experience leading a team within a call centre environment and technical aptitude will be highly regarded. Sound coaching and presentation skills, professional presentation and the ability to take initiative whilst working autonomously will ensure your success in this role.

A minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role is mandatory, as are advanced verbal and written English literacy and communication skills. Intermediate level computer proficiency is also required.
